Colorado

In the foothills of southwest Denver, CO just outside the C-470 ring road lies South Valley Park, just across Deer Creek Canyon Road from Deer Creek Canyon Park. A handful of trails meander through this 995-acre area along the hogbacks and red sandstone rock formations used by both hikers and mountain bikers. Visitors must remain on-trail in this area due to the delicate and erosive rock formations that comprise it.
