Colorado

The small town of Green Mountain Falls near Colorado Springs and just up the road from Manitou Springs manages the Green Mountain Falls Trail System - a series of non-motorized trails totally about 20 miles that forms part of the greater 'Ring the Peak' Trail around the Pikes Peak Massif. They also connect to the Crystal Creek and North/South Catamount Reservoirs that form the North Slope Recreation Area of Pikes Peak. Most of these trails are singletrack trails that climb along the steep hills flanking the western edge of town.
