White Ranch Park
About 3 miles northwest of Golden, CO is the largest recreation area in the Jefferson County Open Space system: White Ranch Park. With more than 21 miles of trails across nearly 4,000 acres of land, hikers, mountain bikers and equestrians find plenty of reasons to visit this popular park. There is also camping allowed (permit-only) in the Sawmill Campground and Sourdough Springs Campground.
