The small town of Frisco, CO just off the I-70 near Dillon Reservoir is the gateway to an amazing variety of trails. Situated at the northern tip of the Tenmile Range and the southern extents of the Gore Range, Frisco has access to a variety of trails in both ranges, including the Eagles Nest Wilderness to the northwest. Just in Frisco's backyard, however, are a series of local hiking trails along the foothills of the Tenmile Range - with the Mount Royal hike and Peak 1 Trail as some of the more popular.
