Elkhead Reservoir State Park
						
			
	About 10 miles northeast of Craig, CO is the Elkhead Reservoir State Park. Centered on the 900-acre Elkhead Reservoir, this area mostly attracts visitors for water sports recreation including fishing, boating, swimming and water skiing. There is also a campground and a network of hiking trails around the east and west shores of the reservoir with trailheads on either side as well. This is a fee area.
